印度咖哩雞

INDIAN CHICKEN CURRY I 印度咖哩


印度咖哩,結合了多種香料,散發獨特的香氣,Masala有很多香料真的很香,咖哩當要配白飯,如果印度咖哩配印度烤餅就perfect! 又麻煩Thermomix不斷打碎啊!









































   THERMOMIX TM5  ■ 印度咖哩


新鮮雞    半隻
洋蔥       1
          1
蕃茄       2
薯仔       3
乾蔥頭    6
蒜頭       1
紅椒粉    1湯匙
Masala   2湯匙
薑黃粉    1湯匙
          10g
          2茶匙




醃料
米酒       1茶匙
胡椒粉    適量
Masala   2茶匙
海鹽       1茶匙
紅糖       1茶匙



1.      雞斬件,清洗後擦乾,用醃料塗抹,醃過夜更入味
2.      把薯仔去皮,切角,浸水備用
3.      蕃茄去蒂,去皮,打成蓉備用
4.      把油、薑、蒜頭、乾蔥頭、洋蔥塊放進主鍋炒香 [TM5: 5分鐘、120度、速度1]
5.      放入蕃茄,然後全部打碎 [TM5: 2秒、8速度]
6.      加入Masala、薑黃粉、紅椒粉混合 [TM5: 1分鐘、120度、速度2]
7.      加入醃好的雞塊和薯仔煮 [TM5: 15分鐘、100度、反刀速度1]
8.      加入2茶匙鹽

    THERMOMIX TM5  ■ 印度咖哩
  
  • Fresh chicken half
  • 1 onion
  • 1 ginger
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 potatoes
  • 6 shallots
  • 1 garlic head
  • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Masala
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • Oil 10g
  • 2 tsp salt


 Marinade
  • 1 tsp rice wine
  • Ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Masala
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

  

1.   Chopped chicken pieces, dried them after washing, smeared with marinade
2.   Peel the potatoes, cut the corners, soak in water and set aside
3.   Tomatoes are peeled, peeled, and beaten into reserve
4.   Put oil, ginger, garlic, dried onion and onion pieces into the main pot and saute [TM5: 5 minutes, 120 degrees, speed 1]
5.   Add tomatoes and shred them all [TM5: 2 seconds, 8 speeds]
6.   Add Masala, turmeric powder, red pepper powder and mix [TM5: 1 minute, 120 degrees, speed 2]
7.   Add marinated chicken pieces and potatoes to cook [TM5: 15 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse knife speed 1]

8.      Add 2 teaspoons of salt
